Purpose

Morning Report Gmail Readonly is a personal-use application operated solely for its owner's own Morning Report integrity checks.

Google user data accessed

The application uses https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly to read the owner's own Gmail messages needed for post-send integrity validation.

How Google user data is used

Gmail message content is used only to identify the relevant Sent Morning Report, extract its HTML content, verify expected report structure, and extract published metrics for integrity comparison.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored privately with restricted file permissions. Temporary raw RFC822 and HTML message copies are deleted after processing. Non-secret audit metadata, such as message identifiers, timestamps, structural check results, and extracted metric comparison results, may be retained for integrity and incident-review purposes.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to unrelated third parties.

Actions the application does not perform

The application does not send, modify, delete, archive, or relabel Gmail messages.

Revoking access

The owner can revoke the application's Google account access at any time from the Google Account security settings.
